Exchange your language for free accommodation
We could arrange you to teach part time your mother tongue for Sri Lankan students. Motivation is that rural communities receive some ideas of other cultures and much more. We could some time arrange free accommodation up to 3 month or home stays nearby. You have to commit to a schedule. Mean time you will have enough time to travel and enjoy what Sri Lanka has to offer with a different eye.
