- Driver & Helper Accommodation:
- USD 15 per person per night if accommodation is not provided by the client.
- A helper is required for coaches carrying more than 15 passengers.
- USD 15 per person per night if accommodation is not provided by the client.
- Night-Out Allowance: USD 10 per person per night.
- Detention Charges: Applicable for additional waiting time outside the agreed service hours:
- Tuk Tuk & Budget Car — USD 3 per hour
- Saloon Car & 12-Seater Van — USD 5 per hour
Insurance & Passenger Protection
All vehicles are comprehensively insured, including cover for the vehicle, driver, passengers and third-party liability.
Personal Accident Cover
Passenger personal accident cover is provided up to LKR 500,000 per passenger.

As a photographer, I needed permission to take pictures in advance. Everything was very well organised. The boat crew was fantastic and got us close to the whales quickly but without stress. Unfortunately, we also saw many boats heading straight for the whales, people jumping straight into the water and diving off the whales. In the context of sustainable tourism, we hope that this behaviour will stop soon. It simply requires a certain understanding for whales, which our crew conveyed.

He was super professional, helpful, friendly and a very safe driver. He would tell us lots of information about things we saw during our drives across Sri Lanka, he was always on time picking us up, knew exactly where we were going and got us to where we needed to go. One time we were running late to a musical event because of traffic and he was able to navigate through traffic safely and down local streets in order to get us to our destination right on time, we were so grateful! The vehicles we had were always clean, air conditioned and well-maintained.
